Our Kings River lodging sleeps 17 people in three bedrooms and one large, open loft. The downstairs master suite features a king bed and two single beds, and has a private bath with whirlpool tub. There are two upstairs bedrooms: the larger sleeps four with a set of bunk beds and two single beds; the smaller sleeps two with a queen bed. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom in between. The loft area has five single beds. The main floor has a large half bath, laundry and mud room, a large updated kitchen with spacious countertops, a dining room, and a living room. The expansive living room features a fireplace, large picture windows, oversized comfortable seating areas, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV with satellite and Wi-Fi. The back porch and deck have tables and chairs for relaxing, a barbecue grill, and a small screened-in section overlooking the creek, perfect for wildlife viewing.
Guests can hike the 1.2-mile drive or explore the lush woodlands. Rockhouse Creek launch area, a popular Arkansas Game and Fish Commission boat ramp, is located just before the private drive and is a favorite spot for paddlers and anglers. Nearby mountain bike trails include Pension Mountain in Berryville and Lake Leatherwood in Eureka Springs. Kings River Outfitters is minutes away on Highway 221 for your canoe or kayak adventures.
